What is commercial high pressure washing?
Pressure washing done on commercial and industrial buildings is normally done with very high pressure and vapor. As those are often large-scale projects, we use a pressure washer which includes a very large water tank, this way we do not have to interrupt our work to go fill the tank.
In the case of mold or tough stains, we need to add to the water specialized cleaners such as degreasers or others. When possible, we try to use eco-friendly products and biodegradable soaps in order to limit our environmental impact.
Could pressure washing damage the surface?
No! The pressure of the water spray used during a cleaning is adjustable. This means we can use the pressure level that is most appropriate for each surface (up until 4,500 psi). For example, we use a lower pressure for PVC and aluminum, but higher pressure for steel and concrete. This way, your surface is always protected.
